Shipping policy

For US customers, items from our US warehouse will be shipped within 2~5 business days of shipment. Most items are in our warehouse in New Jersey, USA.
Free delivery within 5 working days with standard logistics, no additional taxes and fees.
For non-domestic orders outside the United States, shipping time depends on the destination and courier company, and shipping charges depend on the distance and weight of the item. For more information, see shipping costs on the checkout page.

Please be sure to leave your correct address, postal code, mobile number (not a landline number) and the recipient's name (must be 2 or more words, not an abbreviation).
Order processing time: We will process your order within 24 hours and provide a tracking number within 48 hours.
Estimated time for refund: We will process your return request within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to the bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days of approval.
Shipping time

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, in-stock orders typically ship the next business day.

For in-stock orders, we will provide a tracking number within 1 business day. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Be sure to leave your correct addresszip codemobile phone number (not a landline phone number), and the recipient's name (must be 2 or more words, not shorthand). We use Post Service or E-PACKET by default in standard delivery. Please note that the shipping time doesn’t include 2-7 days processing time.

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

When the courier is being delivered, please pay attention to the tracking information and receive the package in time, otherwise the courier will be returned or destroyed. 

If there is a problem, we will contact you by mail, please add eyungshopify@gmail.com.com to your address book.

There are no sensitive information on your package, don’t worry about privacy issues.

Discreet packing

 We don't ship to Islamic countries, like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, Burma etc..
